Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. They set out the rights and responsibilities of both EduConvoy International and our clients.

Last updated: 28 July 2026 · Governing law: England and Wales

01Overview

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between EduConvoy International Ltd (Company No. 16470979, registered in England and Wales) and any individual who engages our education consultancy services, either directly or through one of our authorised representatives. By engaging our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any application or payment.

02Our Services

EduConvoy International provides education consultancy services including, but not limited to: • University application assistance • General visa information and administrative document support • Language test preparation support (IELTS, PTE, Duolingo English Test) • Scholarship research and application support • Course and destination counselling • Pre-departure and post-arrival assistance STUDENT VISA APPLICATIONS: EduConvoy's counsellors are British Council certified education counsellors. Your assigned counsellor explains the published entry requirements, prepares your student visa application, and submits it to the relevant immigration authority with your consent, managing the process through to the decision. EduConvoy is an education consultancy. We are not an immigration law firm, and we are not an official representative or agent of any government immigration authority. You remain responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all information and evidence you provide. We cannot influence, predict or guarantee any immigration decision, which rests solely with the authority concerned. EduConvoy does not create, alter, obtain or guarantee financial evidence or other supporting documents. All evidence submitted in support of an application must be authentic and supplied by the applicant. We act as a facilitator and consultant. We are not an official representative or agent of any government immigration authority.

03Important DisclaimersImportant

VISA DECISIONS: EduConvoy International does not guarantee visa approval. All visa and immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authority (e.g. UK Visas and Immigration, IRCC, USCIS). Our guidance improves the quality and completeness of your application; it cannot override the discretion of any sovereign authority. UNIVERSITY ADMISSIONS: We do not guarantee admission to any university or educational institution. All admissions decisions are made exclusively by the institution concerned and are subject to their own academic and administrative criteria. OUTCOMES: Past performance statements (e.g. that all student visa applications we have supported since 2025 have been approved) reflect documented case outcomes and do not constitute a guarantee of the same outcome in your individual case. Every application is assessed independently. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

04Your Obligations

To enable us to serve you effectively, you agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times • Disclose all relevant information, including prior visa refusals or academic issues • Respond to our requests for documents or information promptly • Not misrepresent any information in your application materials • Pay agreed fees on time Providing false or misleading information may result in visa refusal, university rejection, or legal consequences. EduConvoy International accepts no liability for outcomes arising from inaccurate information supplied by the client.

05Fees & Payments

Our service fees are agreed in writing before any work commences. Fees may vary depending on the service package, destination, and number of applications. All fees are quoted in GBP or PKR as applicable. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept bank transfer, debit/credit card, and other methods confirmed at the time of engagement.

06Cancellation & Refund Policy

STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHT: where you are a consumer entering a distance or off-premises service contract, you may cancel within 14 days of entering the contract without giving a reason. This right cannot be excluded, and nothing below limits it. STARTING WORK DURING THE CANCELLATION PERIOD: if you ask us to begin during the 14-day period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services properly supplied before you cancel. We will obtain your express request before beginning, and we will tell you at that point that you will lose the right to a full refund for work already carried out. HOW TO CANCEL: email info@educonvoyint.com with your full name and service details, or use the model cancellation form below. Any clear statement of your decision to cancel is sufficient. We will acknowledge your cancellation without delay and refund any amount due within 14 days of being informed. MODEL CANCELLATION FORM: "To EduConvoy International Ltd, info@educonvoyint.com. I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the following service: [service]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Signature (only if sent on paper): Date: [date]." INITIAL CONSULTATIONS: your first consultation is free of charge and carries no obligation, so no refund arises in respect of it. REFUNDS OUTSIDE THE CANCELLATION PERIOD: any refund will be calculated according to the agreed price for work properly completed and authorised non-recoverable costs incurred before cancellation. VISA REFUSAL: if your visa application is refused, a refund may be available on a case-by-case basis, provided the refusal was not caused by information withheld or misrepresented by you. Submit any such request in writing within 30 days of the refusal decision. UNIVERSITY REJECTION: no refund is issued for university rejections where the application was submitted accurately and completely. GOVERNMENT & UNIVERSITY FEES: fees paid directly to universities, visa authorities, or testing bodies are outside EduConvoy's control and are refundable only on those organisations' own terms. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

07Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EduConvoy International's total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that service. We are not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of income or opportunity; delays caused by third parties (universities, embassies, courier services); or outcomes beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these Terms affects a consumer's statutory rights.

08Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and branding — is owned by EduConvoy International Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission. Once all agreed fees have been paid, you may use application documents prepared specifically for your own applications. EduConvoy retains ownership of its general templates, training materials and proprietary processes. 09Complaints

We want to hear if something has gone wrong. HOW TO COMPLAIN: email complaints@educonvoyint.com with your name, the service concerned, and what went wrong. Complaints are handled by our Head of Global Operations. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: we will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days. FULL RESPONSE: we will provide a full written response within 20 working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and give you a revised date. ESCALATION: if you are not satisfied with the response, you may ask for the complaint to be reviewed by a director, who will respond within a further 15 working days. DATA PROTECTION COMPLAINTS: you may also complain directly to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. IMMIGRATION MATTERS: if your complaint concerns a visa application we assisted with, raise it using the process above. Complaints about a decision itself must be directed to the immigration authority that made it, using its own review or appeal process.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Updated website terms apply prospectively.
